This week we’ve got one of the K.O.P.A League’s great entertainers – Tony Ponnou. Known for his “legendary” tackling ability (Mike would call it something else entirely), Tony pops in to take us through his chaotic K.O.P.A life.

He’s gone from player to head coach, survived club tours to Cyprus, argued with referees, and even caught an elbow that helped him “develop” in men’s football. Character-building, he calls it. Most people call it GBH.
