About the Showcase

The Cyprus Talent Pathway Showcase is a unique football development initiative designed to identify and support talented British-Cypriot and Cyprus-eligible footballers aged 16-21.

The event aims to bridge the gap between talented players in the United Kingdom and opportunities within Cypriot football by providing elite coaching, professional assessment, data-driven performance analysis and direct exposure to clubs and football stakeholders in Cyprus.

The showcase has been established in response to the growing demand from clubs in Cyprus to identify homegrown and Cyprus-eligible players based abroad, while also recognising the barriers that Brexit has created for young British players seeking opportunities within European football.

Our mission is simple:

Identify talent. Create opportunities. Strengthen the connection between Cyprus and its diaspora.

Who Can Apply?

Applications are open to:

• Players aged 16-21
• British-Cypriot footballers
• Players eligible to obtain a Cypriot passport and ID

Places are strictly limited.

Only 24 players will be selected:

• 21 Outfield Players
• 3 Goalkeepers

A rigorous selection process will ensure the highest possible standard of participants.

Participation Fee

£149 for all three days.

Players are invited to register their interest first.

Payment is only required if the player is selected to participate.

• Three days of elite coaching and assessment
